A huge thank you to all past and present Warbirds Over Wanaka volunteers - as we go into our 30th Year of Operation we celebrate having so many of you on board for so long. Thank you.
Volunteers are our eyes and ears around the airshow and we are grateful to all of you that will assist us at WOW 2018. We normally have between 250 and 350 volunteers, depending on the ground and air displays we put together.
You will meet new people, see some extraordinary flying displays and will have served a very worth cause. The Warbirds Over Wanaka Community Trust aims 'To educate through the celebration and promotion of aviation past and present' and puts funds back in to the local region.
Your enthusiasm, energy and willingness to help goes a long way to ensuring our patrons have an outstanding airshow. We prefer to have you volunteer for all three days and anyone coming for three days will receive a piece of WOW kit and lunches, along with your Airshow pass.

"As a volunteer I must say that I have never experienced anything like Warbirds before. It is unique and a chance to see some legendary aircraft flying. I travelled over for the weekend from Australia and I will be returning in two years time. Thank you Wanaka." Rodney, Australia
