Warbirds Over Wanaka International Airshow has made the finals of the New Zealand Event Association Awards and as such we are eligible for the People’s Choice Award as NZ’s Favourite Event.  This is where you come in.  We would very much appreciate your vote so we can take out this much coveted award for a third time. 

At Warbirds Over Wanaka we are very proud of the massive impact our event has on our local community.  Our Easter 2026 show attracted some 60,000+ visitors over the three days, many from overseas, and generated $57.1million in direct spend in our region.  It is run by a small management team, a dedicated board of Trustees and hundreds of superb volunteers who give their all for this special event.
